How to Measure Your Head
- Wrap a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) around your head, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your ears and eyebrows.
- Keep it level all the way around — snug but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters. If using paper, mark and measure the strip against a ruler.
